Are flights included in package prices?
Only when the package or written quotation clearly says so. Flight fares, baggage and seats are checked against live availability before confirmation.
When is a price final?
A price is final after the included hotels, transport, activities, permits and any flights are checked and written confirmation is issued.
How do I confirm a booking?
Follow the payment instructions in the written quotation. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and a confirmation or voucher is issued.
How are cancellations and refunds handled?
Charges follow the confirmed supplier rules shared with your booking. Review the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy before payment.
