Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names and details, checking passport validity, obtaining required visas and permits, and following health, immigration and destination rules.
Suppliers
Flights, hotels, transfers, activities and other services are delivered by independent suppliers. Their operating, amendment, no-show and cancellation rules also apply to your booking.
Payment and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Partial payments remain subject to the stated balance due date.
Changes
Requested changes may involve availability differences, fare changes and supplier amendment fees. Material supplier-led changes will be communicated with the available alternatives.
